Two-way Disc Plough

KASUN Two-way Disc Plough is connected to the three-point suspension of a tractor. During operation, the plough blades rotate to till the soil. It can come true the plowing work in double way.

KASUN Two-way Disc Plough is suitable for tilling in dryland areas with cultivated or uncultivated land, where there is a thick growth of weeds, upright stems, and high soil resistance, as well as in complex farmlands with brick and stone fragments in the soil.

The two-way disc plow has the advantages of low working resistance, easy soil breaking after plowing and less possibility of blockage, as well as a compact structure and light weight. The horizontal oscillating disc plow refers to using the hydraulic output of the tractor to drive the frame oil cylinder or using other external forces to make the frame oscillate horizontally, while controlling the disc plow to rotate at an angle horizontally, thereby enabling two-way operation of the disc plow. Compared with the one-way disc plow, it has many advantages: first, it reduces the time for the tractor to turn at the field edge, improving work efficiency; second, it can perform dry operation, reducing moisture trenches and achieving a flat surface on the field after plowing. Compared with the flipping moldboard plow, the horizontal oscillating disc plow has the advantages of a compact structure, a weight about 1/3 lighter than that of the flipping share plow, and lower manufacturing costs.
