KASUN Manual (Hand) Backpack Sprayer is a portable agricultural spraying device driven by human power, belonging to the category of agricultural equipment. Its main body consists of a liquid tank, spray pole, and back support system, and is divided into two types: liquid pump type (with a maximum pressure of 800 kPa) and air pump type (400-600 kPa). It sprays the liquid by using a lever or compressed air.

KASUN Manual (Hand) Knapsack Sprayer is mainly used for crop pest and disease control, public facility disinfection, and greenery spraying, and is applicable in environments such as farmlands, orchards, and greenhouses.

◆ To install the parts of the sprayer correctly. Check whether each connection is leaking. When using, first conduct a test spray with clean water, and then add the chemical agent.;

◆ When using it officially, add the reagent first and then the water. The liquid level of the reagent solution must not exceed the safety water mark;

◆ Before spraying, first turn the lever several times to increase the air pressure in the bucket to the working pressure. When turning the lever, do not exert excessive force to avoid an explosion of the air chamber;

◆ When initially applying the pesticide solution, since there was still water in the air chamber and the spray tube, the concentration of the pesticide sprayed out during the first 2 to 3 minutes was relatively low. Therefore, it is necessary to make supplementary spraying to avoid affecting the efficacy of pest and disease control;

◆ After the work is completed, the remaining liquid in the bucket should be drained in time, and then washed clean with water until it is completely dry. At the same time, check if there is any water accumulation in the air chamber. If there is, remove the water connection and release the accumulated water.;

◆ If the sprayer is not used for a short period of time, the main components should be cleaned thoroughly, dried, and then reassembled and stored in a cool and dry place. If it is not used for a long time, each metal component should be coated with grease to prevent rusting.
