Grain Seeder

KASUN Grain Seeder are agricultural machinery used for sowing cereal crops. According to the sowing methods, they can be classified into types such as row seeders, broadcast seeders, drill seeders and precision seeders.

◆ Pre-job inspection and adjustment: Carefully read the manual, adjust the sowing rate, row spacing, plant spacing, sowing depth, fertilizer application amount, etc. as needed, and conduct a trial sowing;

◆ Seed and fertilizer requirements: Use seeds that are evenly sized, of consistent quality, and clean, as well as dry and free of lumps of fertilizer, to ensure smooth seed and fertilizer discharge;

◆ Operation in the task: Try to drive at a constant speed in a straight line, avoiding sudden acceleration or deceleration or stopping halfway; Continuously observe the processes of seed and fertilizer discharge, furrow opening, and soil covering, and promptly resolve issues such as blockages, clay, and grass entanglement;

◆ Regular maintenance: After the operation is completed, promptly clean the machinery and equipment, and perform lubrication and maintenance as per the instructions. Also, inspect the wear conditions of the vulnerable parts.
